I’m Rachel, a nutritionist based in Derby, UK.
Through adopting a health at every size, non-diet approach, I help my clients ditch the diets forever to free themselves from food restriction and the misery of yo-yo dieting.
What breaks my heart is seeing people invest their time and money into weight loss plans that simply don’t work.

Have you tried all the diet plans out there, losing weight at the start but then finding yourself restricted by all those food rules, feeling confused about what you ‘should’ or ‘shouldn’t’ be eating, unhappy that you can’t enjoy meal times, especially eating out with family and friends. You end up feeling unhappy and ‘fall off the wagon’. You then feel guilty, especially as you’ve put the weight back on and start looking for the next miracle diet…..
This cycle is exhausting, it takes up far too much of your headspace, breeding misery and makes you feel mentally and physically awful.

Because I’ve been there. I’ve tried Weight Watchers, the GI diet, My Fitness Pal tracking and intermittent fasting. I’ve punished my self at the gym to ‘work off’ or ‘give myself’ the calories to eat ‘cheat foods’.
But what if I told you there’s a different way.
A way that will mean you no longer worry about what you ‘should’ be eating, no longer feel guilty about eating the food you love and will transform your relationship with food and your body. It will change your life !
I help people with how to start intuitive eating. By guiding my clients through the 10 principles of intuitive eating, I help them feel good about themselves, achieve a better relationship with food and become happier and healthier without focussing on the scales.
I am an Associate Registered Nutritionist (ANutr), with a 1st class honours BSc in Nutrition, Diet and Lifestyle. I also trained with the London Centre for Intuitive Eating to apply non-diet and intuitive eating approaches with clients.
