Hi, I'm Rachel

I'm a nutritionist who helps people like you ditch restrictive diets and repair their relationship with food and their body.

By working together I will support you to develop trust in yourself and your body so that you no longer feel anxious and confused about food choices. You will learn how to recognise your hunger and fullness cues and how to give your body what it needs to put your health and wellbeing first. You will finally find food freedom.

I am an Associate Registered Nutritionist (ANutr) and have trained with the London Centre for Intuitive Eating to apply non-diet approaches and intuitive eating principles with clients.

How does it work ?

The Find Your Food Freedom programme will guide you through the principles of intuitive eating to help you unlearn everything you thought you knew about nutrition, diets and health. You will unpick your food rules and ditch the guilt and uncertainty about what you should or shouldn’t be eating. You’ll learn that restrictive diets aren’t the answer in the long-term. Ultimately you will learn how to trust your body and put your health and wellbeing first.


You’ll get:

  • 1 initial one to one consultation via Zoom lasting 75 minutes. This be an introduction to the programme, including an Intuitive Eating Assessment.

  • 7 one to one calls via Zoom each lasting 50 mins. These consultations will cover the 8 pillars of the programme, based on the principles of Intuitive Eating.

  • Follow-up notes with action steps.

  • Provision of between session activities and resources.

  • Between session support via email and/or Voxer.

  • Signposting to recommended further info and resources


Programme Outline

The programme is designed as 8 one to one consultations to be completed over 4 months.

The pre-sign up discovery call will discuss what you’re struggling with, your goals and to check we are a good fit.


Initial Consultation:

  • Introduction to the programme and the principles of intuitive eating, fact-finding and goal setting.


Follow up sessions:

  • Rejecting the diet mentality and why diets don’t work.

  • Food rules and making peace with food.

  • Honour your hunger and fullness and finding the satisfaction factor.

  • Emotional Eating.

  • Respecting your body and gentle movement.

  • Gentle nutrition.

  • Putting it all together and final review.
